Resignation of Edwin Eichler
Having been a valued member of Ichor Coal N.V.’s supervisory board since March 2014, Edwin Eichler has tendered his resignation from the board with effect from 10 April 2017.
Mr Eichler serves on a number of boards and after a review of the extent of his obligations, he decided to adjust the number of his memberships.
The supervisory and management boards of Ichor Coal N.V. wish to thank Edwin for his substantial contribution to the company over the years.
An announcement of further changes to the composition of the supervisory board will be made in due course.
